The Mission Trip Team in 2023 to Montana
We are returning to Crow Agency, MT this year for our mission trip. Registration for Mission Trip will open soon. There will be a selection process after the registration, so as to determine the eligibility of the applicants to this trip. We are partnering together with OKPCA with our training and our trip together, please keep this partnership in prayer.
Here are the instructions for the application:
Please note that there are THREE forms for the application of this Mission Trip, all applicants will only need to fill in TWO of them.
ALL participants (Adults or Under-18) need to complete the Mission Trip Application Form.
Adults who are over 18 will need to complete the Liability Form together with the above-mentioned Application Form.
All others who are under 18 will need to complete the Release Form together with the above-mentioned Application Form.
